we have received many complements from visitors
to our home. One of them even said that the interior
looks like Versailles! (That maybe an overstatement
-- I don’t think they have ever been to Versailles)

Dear Brian:

I just wanted to tell you how much Phyllis and are
enjoying our four-season sunroom/conservatory. We are
the envy of all our neighbors. You and your people did an
outstanding job and are to be commended. A little while
ago, we had a problem with our fan and the Casablanca
repair man (who has been repairing sunroom fans for over
twenty years in Pennsylvania and New Jersey) mentioned
that our sunroom was the finest he had ever seen. That is
a really outstanding testimonial to your work.

Above all, I want to thank you for your responsiveness
whenever we had any problems. That is the main reason
we chose Garden State. We are pleased to see that our
confidence was not misplaced. You responded promptly
whenever needed, and that is much appreciated. Thanks
again for everything. We would be pleased to act as a
reference for you, and to recommend you and your company
for any future work you may have in our area.

Dear Rowland and Brian,

I can’t tell you how many times I have said to John that
I must write and relate how pleased we are with the
conservatory. Part of the reason I haven’t written is I prefer
to be in the conservatory rather than in the room where the
computer is!

It is truly an all weather room. We regularly have breakfast
and dinner there, I correct papers in it and both of us read
and listen to music there. It provides the perfect window to
enjoy our yard. It is beautiful by day and splendid by night.
Our only regret is that we hadn’t built one sooner!

Enough about the room. The crew you sent here were outstanding.
From the moment they arrived until the last scrap was taken
away they were hard working, pleasant, courteous, and most
important, willing to answer questions.
Their pride in their work and your product was evident.

Working with you both was a joy. You were quick to respond
to our needs Thank you for providing us with such a magnificent
addition to our home. Needless to say we would be happy to
speak with or show our room to any prospective customer for
you.

I know this letter is a long time coming but finally, here it is.
We want to thank you and everyone at Garden State who
was a part of putting a beautiful room together.  It is just
fabulous.  Starting with Steve, the salesman all the way
down to the crews who did the construction, everyone was
wonderful.  You all kept every promise ever made to us.

We have had construction done before and most times when
the crews said they would be here, they weren’t.  Craig and
his crew were here everyday, rain or shine.  They even put up
with all my questions every morning.  It was amazing to watch
the room go up, especially when they finally took down the
wall to the kitchen.  All the guys were really friendly and a
pleasure to work with.  You should be proud of all of them
and the wonderful work that they do.

The new room is everything you promised it would be.
Everyone that has seen it thinks it’s just awesome.  If you
would like to use our name or have anyone come see the
room we’d be more than happy to help.

our conservatory.  You should really come and visit- we just
added a fireplace!

Also, I’ve never had such a nice group of people work at my
